systems. Our radio dispatched service personnel are ready to send over
our best plumbing technicians to assist you anytime any day. As part of
our dedication to customer service we also offer Flat Rate Pricing which
allows us to charge a fixed price for a job, so you'll know the cost up
front, before any work is done. You won't have to worry about
"watching the clock," because even if the job takes longer
than you might have expected, it will not cost you a penny more!
Natural Gas Conversions:
The D.R. Francis Plumbing Ltd. is a licensed contractor under the
Energy Act of Ontario who is ready to serve all your natural gas-related
needs. We offer innovative retrofit technologies to convert your systems
to operate reliably and efficiently on natural gas. We tailor each
system to fit individual customer requirements.
Boiler Service, Repairs, & installations
We service all makes of modern package boilers. This is our
specialty. We don't service forced air furnaces only boilers. Boilers,
pumps and hot water heating systems are all we do. Both the old and the
new style systems function differently than forced air heating systems.
And the different system styles operate differently than each other.
Understanding the nuances of each type of system design is a major
requirement to solving problems and a successful retrofit. Retrofitting
a new boiler is not a simple task. The true measure of any retrofit is
how well the new equipment operates with the old system. Providing
