"Brandon and Jordy put in that new electric water heater this morning – from what I could see, very proficiently. I’m glad you sent 2 men, though. Even for 2, it was difficult to manoeuvre the old and new tanks up and down and around the corners of the narrow basement stairs in this old house.

In reply to questions I raised, Brandon gave me some useful information on operation and maintenance...

I lacked or had conflicting information on these matters before, so it’s great to have them cleared up. I’m sure all your customers would really appreciate the same helpful and valuable advice."

"We are writing to compliment your staff for their pleasant and professional demeanour when they did some work for us June 2011. This involved the installation of backwater valves to prevent future flooding of our home from city storm sewer backups.

The initial onsite inspection was done by Jamie, and he, along with Dan and one other person, did the installations. We found them to be competent, courteous and patient, and it seems the work was done well -- no storm sewer backups this summer.

We also appreciated the prompt and friendly treatment we received whenever we had to call your office regarding the project. It was a pleasure to deal with all of you and we are certainly prepared to have you do other work for us if and when the occasion arises."

I had a requirement for a plumber in my home today. I wanted to send you a note to say that the person who came to my house did a great job. Shane was extremely professional, very clear about what he was going to do and offered some advice about a sink that is beginning to show signs of rust.

He was scheduled to arrive at 11:30. He called me to ask if he could come by earlier as he was running ahead of schedule. I asked if he could come at 10:30 and he respected that time and was very prompt.

"We just wanted to say thanks to everyone at Francis Plumbing and especially Nick and Dan. They were both able to solve a 'water hammer' problem that had stumped several other plumbing companies and they did so quickly and professionally - we were very impressed! I must tell you that I am very happy with the quality of the work your company did. It isn't easy to retrofit the plumbing in a century-old house, but your team did an excellent job.

I was particularly impressed by the care they took to avoid any unneccessary damage to the walls and ceilings. They were also very good about cleaning up after themselves.

I had received lower estimates from other plumbing companies, but I chose Francis to do the work because you have a very good reputation. And now... I know why!

I'd like to take a quick moment to let you know how great Sean and Derek were during our installation. Timing turned out perfectly. Sean and Derek both worked intensely hard throughout the project. Derek laid out the pipes with forethought and with perfection. Derek followed up with a systems check and gave me clear instructions.

They were a smooth team, detail-oriented (great clean-up) and very professional.

I'd recommend a little extra something to recognize how well they're representing you Dave. We've worked with a half dozen plumbing compaines, and you guys are the best.

Thanks for the great NTI system boiler/heater install. We'll keep in touch for our next projects.

A very big thank you for orchestrating the repair of our boiler today. Randy did a superb job - that guy is a wizard! We can now take hot showers, wash the dishes in hot etc.

Thank you most especially for sending Nick, a most worthy successor to the wonderful Jerzy. Nick sorted out the drains (clogged with hair and guck), two poorly draining toilets, and offered sensible advice for the next steps. He also installed the new taps in the kitchen sink and left the house spotless (in the usual Francis fashion)!

He even suggested a service agreement and we were so impressed by him that we signed up on the spot. As we are just moving into the house after 10 years absense, it is good to find that the reliable, excellent services of Francis Plumbing is still around.

I just had Nick in to fix a blocked toilet and I just wanted to say I was completely impressed with the service by your guys at the office for sending him out so quickly and his service here. It was really really good and I'll certainly be recommending your firm and Nick to anybody who asks be about plumbing.

You sent someone this morning to replace my hot water tank. The guy was on time and everything went well, by noon it was all done and now I have hot water. Thank you for a great job, I will recommend you and call again if I ever ned any plumbing work.

The technicians were on time, very professional and did a great job! I am having them do more work for me in the future.

This letter is to thank Ken for the excellent work he has performed. Working on the pipes in an old house is not an easy job and Ken has certainly gone beyond the call of duty to ensure that all the problems are fixed. Ken worked from 9am till 3pm without a break. He was determined to fix the problem and he did. I appreciate his professionalism and excellent customer service approach.
