PLUMBING INSPECTIONS

A Plumbing Inspection
is
Good Preventative
Maintenance & is essential for the Do-it-yourself renovator!
More homes are damaged by water than by fire so we offer you
three different inspection programs specifically created for the Ottawa home owner or house
flipper.
The Preventative Maintenance Plumbing
Inspection is for someone considering buying or
selling a home.
The Water
Conservation Plumbing Inspection is for the
homeowner who is trying to conserve water & energy.
The DYI Plumbing Inspection is created for the do it
yourself or house flipper to give them the knowledge they need to know before, during and at the end of a
project. Especially since nothing increases the value (and desire) of a home quicker and most cost effectively
than a renovated bathroom or kitchen.
Preventative Maintenance
Plumbing Inspection:
Do you really know
what condition your plumbing is in? Although you may pay for a home inspection, this inspector is NOT a
licensed plumber – he/she is only looking at the very basics. We complete the job where a home inspector leaves
off. This is especially important when considering buying or selling your home.
Our Preventative Maintenance Plumbing
Inspection includes:
- Testing of all plumbing fixtures for
leaks
- Test drains for
flow
- Visual inspection of the
following
-
- All plumbing
pipes
- Sump
pumps
- All plumbing
fixtures
- Evaluate age and efficiency
of all plumbing fixtures and equipment
- Safety check for potential
hazards
- Valves tagged for easy
recognition
- Testing of valves for proper
operations

highly recommended for new home owners or for those considering buying or selling their home. The inspection not
only lets you know what you are getting into before you buy but it also gives you the professional consultation
that can add real value to your home when trying to sell.

Do-it-yourself (DIY) Plumbing
Inspection:
If you are a home renovator
