Francis Plumbing & Heating is committed to upholding the highest level of service and installation in the plumbing and heating industry. 

12-MONTH SERVICE WORK GUARANTEE*:

If you are not totally satisfied for the first year following the service work performed by Francis Plumbing, we will promptly address and perform to your complete satisfaction those issues regarding material and workmanship or we will refund your service call fee. 

12-MONTH INSTALLATION GUARANTEE*:

If you are not totally satisfied with our equipment installation work, we will promptly address and perform to your complete satisfaction those issues regarding material and workmanship or we will remove the installed equipment and refund your money.

It is in our best interest to keep you our valued customer satisfied with the work that is done so we take your concerns seriously. We wouldn’t be able to offer this kind of guaranty if we didn’t have the experienced professionals to get the job done right the first time, every time.

* Please note that our guarantee does not apply to blocked drains.  Once we have cleared and tested a drain it cannot be guaranteed due to the fact that we can’t be held responsible for what people flush or pour down their drains. To avoid future blockage please keep in mind that drains are not designed for female sanitation supplies, diapers, baby wipes, paper towels, grease, cooking oils, food scraps or any other solid object.

Also note that excessive use of toilet paper between flushing can also cause toilets to clog.  We recommend keeping a garbage can in each bathroom for disposal of these non-flushable items and a grease pot in your kitchen for disposal of cooking grease.

Manufacturer Guarantee*:    

Because we are a licensed and certified plumbing & heating company – the parts that we supply and installed fall under the manufacturer guaranty. This being said there is no universal guaranty from manufacturers – so in addition to the manufacturer’s guaranty we offer our customer satisfaction one year parts and labour guaranty on all parts that we supply and install.

Customer supplied Parts Guarantee*: 

With so many styles and colors available on the market today many of our customers prefer buying their own parts. We are happy to provide professional installation for your self-purchased parts.  The guaranty we offer for customer supplied installations is only for the labour since we cannot guaranty the quality of the parts customers purchase on their own.

Warnings with regards to customer supplied parts: 

• Many parts sold today only offer the manufacturer guarantee IF it is professionally installed by a licensed and insured company. We will gladly install your parts to assure your manufacturer warranty is valid.
• Many parts sold in hardware stores in Ontario Canada  do NOT meet the Ontario Plumbing Code and therefore we cannot legally install these sub-standard parts.
• Keep in mind that if you think you are getting an incredible price for your parts, odds are you may be getting a substandard quality part that will break within a month of use. Paying a bit more to get better quality parts can save you money in the long run – especially if you have to replace cheaper parts frequently.

Extended Warranties: 

At this time we do not offer extended warranties on standard plumbing services, but we do offer a lifetime service agreement that will assure you top priority service and discounted prices on all future plumbing services with Francis Plumbing & Heating.

Extended warranties are available on new boilers, hot water tanks, tankless hot water systems, whole house heating and air conditioning systems, water purification systems, radiant floor heating and snow melt systems.
