Francis Plumbing Ltd. If more than one person sends in the same referral, only the first one received will qualify for the $1,000 referral reward fee if hired. The referral must have a valid Ontario Plumbing License & good driving record. A new hire from a referral must remain in our employment beyond the 3 months probationary period. Referral reward paid 95 days from the date of hire upon permanent employment. Reward receipient is responsible for any and all taxes associated with this referral fee.
